Ivanhoe Gardens

Ivanhoe Gardens is just a few kilometres from Melbourne City, in the established, vibrant suburb of Ivanhoe. The two Ivanhoe Gardens buildings - Bloomsbury & Everleigh - are arranged either side of a richly landscaped central garden with built in seating and cafe arbour. The project combines modernist styles with fine craftsmanship and rich materials, and boasts some of Melbourne’s most iconic rooftop views.

The design of Ivanhoe Gardens is inspired by the Art Deco movement that radiated globally in the 1920s and became a signature local feature in Melbourne’s architecture. The selection of furniture and lighting further enhances the Art Deco design signature of clean, streamlined forms, in what is a celebration of luxury, glamour and exuberance. The array of on-site amenities such as a hammam spa, private dining room and residents’ cinema imbue the residence with a sense of everyday luxury.
